Kasalefkut hulu 8 is part of the ‘Kasalefkut hulu’ collection and supports Livity’s decolonial web3 movement to achieve safe water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) for all. This artwork explores the origins of meaning and measurement. Before anything could be counted, plurality had to exist. Only by creation did “many” arise, making it possible to define numbers. Words made from letters describe the qualities of things, while numbers express their quantities.
