BITTY- identifies as a meme that has a foundation to write smart contracts. This is a CTO modeled after Bitcoin. Using the core values of decentralization and relying on the robust security of Bitcoin. BRC2.0 is an upgrade to Bitcoin allowing for EVM (Ethereum virtual machine) contracts to be written and deployed on Bitcoin, Made possible by Best In Slot. 

The goal is for BITTY- to be a cultural hub that developers prefer to write smart contracts on.  
Another goal is to assist a Bitty meme created on Solana by locking a satoshi bag of BITTY- into the treasury wallet. This does two things one, backs the Bitty meme so it can be used as a way to spend a Bitcoin asset and also locks a Satoshi bag mimicking Bitcoin.

10% of BITTY- total supply for liquidity pool
5% of BITTY- total supply for meme coin on Solana 
5% of BITTY- total supply for development
BITTY the character is the unofficial Bitcoin Mascot and can be found on Bitcoin.org

Guidelines are provided by the developer team at Spiral who created herecomesbitcoin.org it is open source to promote and teach people about Bitcoin. The new projects launched are encouraged to follow these guidelines, but they are just semi quasi guidelines with wiggle room.

What is Here Comes Bitcoin?
It is an open source educational initiative designed to make the Bitcoin space funner, friendlier and more accessible using a meme, Bitty.
What?
There are 21,000,000 Bitcoins so to keep things interesting we started turning them into memes, like dad vibes Bitcoin, Goth Bitcoin and hacker girl Bitcoin. Is it possible to design 21,000,000? What about a Billion Bitty’s? 
We designed these Bitcoins to be something new, open source creative asset. This means that anyone can make what ever they want with them, weather for profit or not which is why this document is called “quasi” brand guidelines. 
Why are we doing this?
Having Bitcoin as money is important and being able to express yourself is also important. Using comedy and having fun as a way to communicate with each other. Bitty is well positioned he can be anything or anyone.
